What to Submit

Full game footage is preferred. If the player did not play the whole match, the player's full minutes on the pitch are ideal
The easiest option is to upload the game to YouTube as an unlisted video and paste the link below
Trace, Veo, Hudl, Google Drive, Dropbox, or a sideline recording link also works
Include a player photo and a screenshot from this game so the coach can identify the player quickly
If the video already labels the player clearly, such as a Trace ring/name tag, the game screenshot can be optional
No highlight edits required - raw game footage is preferred

For the cleanest workflow, Forma can use a private Google Drive upload folder where families can add files but cannot browse the full company drive. In production, this would be a restricted upload-only folder or file request link created per order after checkout.
